Since this time, Eda's has remained committed to this original recipe and focused on only one thing: making the best sugar free hard candy. Sorbitol, our only sweetener, is a cool, refreshing sugar substitute which occurs naturally in many fruits and berries. Its use results in minimal absorption of carbohydrates, yielding no net carbs. We have never used any artificial sweeteners such as saccharine, sucralose, or aspartame. Our product is sodium free, gluten free, and our facility is free of nut and dairy allergens.
